Children in KS2 work in a wonderful creative environment surrounded by dragons, a jungle, King Henry VIII and the odd Pharaoh!
The children experience a full and rich curriculum, which is supported by educational visits to places of interest and a range of external visitors.
Y6 pupils partake in a residential visit to Northumberland in the Autumn term. They leave school on Tuesday morning and return on Friday afternoon tired but exhilarated by their experience.
Children in KS2 have the opportunity to partake in a number of sporting activities such as football, netball, rugby, swimming and judo. Pupils from Y3 onwards are also given the opportunity to learn to play recorder, violin or brass instruments.
Various clubs are available to pupils throughout the year, including the Art Club run by Mrs. Syrat and Computer Club organised by Mrs. Marshall.
Each class nominates two or three pupils to serve on the School Council, which meets around four times each term.
