Year 5 Danelaw Trip
On the 3rd of October year 5 visited Danelaw, a working museum near York. The children became Anglo-Saxons for the day! They took part in some really exciting activities including: bread making, pottery and guarding a village. All of the children thoroughly enjoyed this enriched form of learning and returned to school enthusiastic and ready to continue with our history studies.
